By accessing or using any ioForge.ai product or service (including KDP Author OS Lite, JobStork AI Recruiter, JobStork AI Job Seeker, and Seeker Awake Career Radar), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
ioForge.ai provides AI-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools for book publishing analytics, recruitment automation, job searching, and career monitoring. Our tools provide AI-generated suggestions, analytics, and recommendations. Results are not guaranteed and should be used as decision-support tools, not as definitive advice.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ioforge.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe, our payment processor. Lifetime purchases are one-time payments granting perpetual access. Prices are listed in USD. All payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your credit card information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
All content, features, and functionality of ioForge.ai services are owned by ioForge.ai and protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using our tools. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the requested services.
Our products utilize artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, analytics, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided as-is without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that AI outputs may contain errors and should be independently verified. ioForge.ai is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content or analytics.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ioForge.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ioForge.ai, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@ioforge.ai. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Melbourne, Victoria. If mediation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Victoria, Australia. For users in other jurisdictions, mandatory local consumer protection laws may apply in addition to these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our services. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version of these terms will always be available at ioforge.ai/terms.html.
